 2’ Vertical #4 Rebar placed 4’ on center

 Two (2) #4 horizontal rebar places on top set of ties

 1/2” x 8” anchor bolts placed 6’ to 8’ on center

  6” Wide foam sill sealer under 2” x 6” treated sill plate

WATERPROOFING:

 Exterior ties snapped and filled with tar

 One (1) Spray on coat of waterproofing - common to home only

SLABS:

 4” Poured slab in basement with 6mil poly vapor barrier

  5” Poured slab in garage with 24” on center #4 rebar each way (slab pitched to driveway)
