We use the latest digital technology when mapping the interior of your home. We accurately map (locate) all walls, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures and hvac locations. Each room is labeled for type, flooring and any special features. CAD drawings are then rendered in a 1/4”=1’ scale enabling the potential buyer to accurately place scaled cut outs of their furnishings on the floor plan. Digital photos of the homes exterior are taken, as well as an interior featured room.
