Budget:

Wouldn’t it be nice if money was no object?  Or it grew on trees in the back yard?  Unfortunately that’s  usually not the case in either circumstance .  What is the case, is that we clearly define the goals that focus on maximizing each dollar.  Balancing between location of land, size of the home and amenities. All these  factor enter into the equation, “How Much Home Can I Afford”.   Once the budget has been established, the average price for land, based on location is backed out.  The home is then designed “valued engineered” maximizing the square footage and amenities.
