Contract:

Our contract is clearly written and easy to understand.  An index is provided for your convince to help you locate important sections at a glance.  It is broken into three sections:  1st is the main contract - this section explains the total contract amount, inducement and the responsibilities of each party.  2nd is the description of materials - this section details all the features of your home that were agreed to during the design phase.  Any variance from our standard specifications will be detailed here.  And 3rd is the new home warranty - this section describes the type and length of coverage we are responsible for, as well as how to file a claim.  

The contract in its entirety reflect the construction drawings.  The contract and construction drawings are to be consider one in the same.  No work can start until the drawings are signed off and the contract is agreed to and signed in its completeness.
