Changes:

All changes are subject to review, depending on what stage the construction is vs the change request,  it may or may not be feasible.   If the change is acceptable then a “Change Order” is issued and signed by both parties.  The cost of the change will vary but the pricing will not.  Very simply put, what it costs us, it will cost you.  

 

We make every effort to make sure the working drawing are complete and error free.  However, we are human and do make mistakes.  Any changes due to our oversight will be the absorbed solely by StoneGate Signature Homes, Inc.  No cost will ever be passed on to you.
